Who we are: We are the Rathmines Initiative, a group of individuals seeking to enhance the quality of life in the diverse community of Rathmines by working in co-operation with statutory, voluntary and commercial bodies and public representatives. You can contact us via our Contact page.

We also collect information from publicly available sources such as Dublin City Council’s weekly planning list. The information we typically collect includes your name, address, contact details and a planning register reference number.

Legitimate interest: We rely on our legitimate interest to use your information. We have a legitimate interest to seek to enhance community life, engage with public representatives, participate in the planning process and promote heritage and conservation.
How long we keep your information: We keep your information for a period of one year following the conclusion of the planning process. Where we hold your information for contact purposes, we hold it for a period of one year following our last engagement with you.
